Refund Policy

Digital products

Digital downloads such as the Google Maps Ranking Toolkit are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed. For that reason we do not offer refunds on digital products after the files have been downloaded.

If a file is missing, corrupted, or materially different from what was described on the product page, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will either supply a working replacement or refund you in full.

Monthly retainers

Retainers are billed monthly in advance and cover an agreed scope of work for that month. Because the work begins at the start of the billing period, part-month refunds are not available once delivery has started.

Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice after the initial three-month term. You will be billed for the notice period and we will complete the work scoped for it.

If we have not begun work for a billing period and you cancel before it starts, that period is refunded in full.

Project work

Website builds, brand identity and similar project work are invoiced in stages against an agreed scope. Deposits secure schedule time and are non-refundable once we have begun discovery or design.

If a project is cancelled mid-delivery, you are billed for the stages completed and receive the work produced to that point, including source files.

Advertising spend

Advertising budget is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms and never passes through Marketix Studio. Refunds of ad spend are governed by each platform's own policies and must be pursued with that platform.

How to request a refund

Email contact@marketixstudio.com with your order or invoice reference and a short description of the issue. We respond to refund requests within three business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are typically five to ten business days.
